In 2005, Wayne Joyce and Bill Rigg were working together in WA Meat Exports office in Fremantle. A carton of export quality Scotch Fillet was occasionally delivered for personal consumption. Over time the order grew with family, friends and business associates wanting some. A simple retail outlet was conceived to sell quality whole beef primal cuts at wholesale prices - MEAT DIRECT, QUALITY MEAT REAL SAVINGS.

Today we are focused on servicing the needs of some of Perth’s best hotels, restaurants and eateries with beef, lamb, pork, chicken and small goods. We source quality meat at the right prices from some of Australia’s premier meat processing companies and farmers. We’ve expanded to new premises in Pitt Way, Booragoon with a fleet of refrigerated delivery vans and large cold storage.
